Recent Property Litigation Deals

  • Acted for a property investor in purchasing a development site from a Landlord in administration which also involved complex legal disputes regarding the occupational tenants and an overriding management lease;
  • Acting for a Residents’ Association seeking to enforce restrictive covenants to prevent further development on a residential estate by means of emergency injunctions and applying for a declaration from the Court;
  • Acting for a large national developer in obtaining vacant possession of a large property development site in central London by serving hostile notices, break notices on the occupational tenants and dealing with the subsequent possession proceedings;
  • Ongoing instructions from various clients to recover rent arrears / service charge arrears and/or seeking possession orders;
